ABOUT US
Fellowship
A sense of community is a hallmark of life at Emmanuel and it can take many forms. For some it is experienced primarily through the worship service. For others it springs from spritual formation. And for those who want more social contact, we offer a wide range of opportunities from the coffee hour following worship to outreach activities or service on any of the numerous committees of the church.
Our commitment is to do whatever supports an individual in following Christ's teaching: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind....and....You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:37-39)
We are determined to maintain that "small church feeling" where everyone knows one another and casseroles show up at the doorstep of a member in need.
